Wicked Pig Tenderizing Marinade 8oz
Wicked Pig Tenderizing Marinade, developed by 2019 SCA World Champion Matt Ouverson, using his own signature marinade.
- Add 1 oz scoop (provided) mix with 16 oz of water
- Add liquid to pounds of beef, pork or lamb and marinate for 10 - 15 minutes (we suggest no more than 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your steak)
- Pat dry then add seasoning.
- Cook on desired heat source. Substitute beef consomme, broth, stock or desired liquid
Ingredients: Salt, maltodrexin, modified food starch, sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, caramel color, onion, beef extract, autolyzed yeast extract, bromelain.
