This is a recipe I’ve been wanting to do for a while…. Shepherd’s Pie using smoked beef brisket. I smoked the brisket on my pellet grill until it had a nice bark, then I cubed it and braised it with Guinness Beer until tender. Add in some gravy and top with homemade mashed potatoes in a big cast iron pan for one delicious Brisket Shepherd's Pie.
